SCHOLAR is Visteon's made-in-India initiative launched across 26 engineering colleges in India. Through hands-on training, real-world and simulated experiences, and direct mentorship from Visteon leaders, the program prepares engineering students for a career in automotive technology.

Eligibility Criteria
B.E / B.Tech Students
Engineering students in their 5th semester aspiring for a career in Automotive Technology.
CGPA 7.5 or Above
A minimum CGPA of 7.5 must be maintained throughout the duration of the program.
Pass the Scholar Assessment
Clear the Visteon Scholar Assessment Exam with a minimum score of 60% to be onboarded.
Active Participation
Maintain required attendance and complete all assignments across training sessions, Hackathon, and Tech Talk events.
