1. Eligibility
Refund requests must be raised within 7 days of purchase.
2. Non-Refundable Items
Refunds are not applicable for:
- Virtual Internship Programs purchased at 50% or more discount
- Purchases during festive or promotional sales
- Crash courses
- Mock tests
- Short-term modules
- Completed modules or certificates issued
3. Refund Deductions
If eligible, up to 40% cancellation charges may apply.
4. Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be considered if a specific Program component is proven unsatisfactory.
5. Refund Conditions
Refunds will not be issued if:
- The student has accessed a major portion of the content
- Tasks are already submitted
- Certification has been generated
6. Timeline
Refunds may take 7–14 working days depending on the payment gateway/ bank.
7. Final Authority
Refund decisions by iamneo are final and binding.
