The Constructivist Learning Theory developed by psychologists like Piaget and Vygotsky, believes in active learners. This approach emphasizes to design a course based around the learners’ experience and meet their specific needs. Hence, we are keeping the employees at the center and trying to frame a strategy to achieve motivation and engagement among them. We enrolled a convenience sample of 800 employees, conducted a survey and based on their responses designed a framework called “The Wheel of Engagement“.
