1. INTRODUCTION

This Website and the Virtual Internship Programs (“Programs”) are owned and operated by iamneo Edutech Private Limited (“Iamneo”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).
By accessing our Website, registering for a Virtual Internship Program, or using any learning material, you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”), our Privacy Policy, and our Disclaimer Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use this Website or enroll in any Program.

iamneo may update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Users are responsible for reviewing updated Terms regularly.

You must be 18 years or older to enroll independently. Individuals under 18 years may enroll only with parent/guardian supervision and consent.

iamneo reserves the right to suspend or terminate access if a user violates these Terms.

2. ABOUT THE VIRTUAL INTERNSHIP PROGRAM

The Virtual Internship Program (“Program”) is a structured online learning and project-based internship experience provided by iamneo.
It includes:

  • learning modules
  • assignments and tasks
  • project submissions
  • assessments
  • mentors or automated guidance
  • digital certificates (based on completion criteria)

The Program does not represent or guarantee real-time employment, job placement, or physical internship with a company.
Certificates reflect the user’s participation in iamneo’s training-based virtual internship simulation.

All Program content—videos, documents, tasks, code templates, assessments—belongs to iamneo.

3. ADDITIONAL TERMS

All personal information collected from you during registration or participation is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

4. GENERAL DISCLAIMERS

iamneo provides training-based virtual internship experiences for skill building and project exposure.
Information on the Website may include external references, research data, or industry information. iamneo does not guarantee absolute accuracy or up-to-date completeness.

iamneo shall not be liable for:

  • delays in platform access
  • failure to complete tasks by the user
  • inability to access course modules
  • performance issues due to internet/connectivity problems
  • loss of data caused by user system/device failures
  • indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Program access is non-transferable and limited strictly to the registered user.

5. THIRD-PARTY REFERENCES & EXTERNAL LINKS

Some sections of the Program may refer to external tools, documentation, or websites.
These are provided only for learning convenience.

iamneo does not control external sites and is not responsible for:

  • their content
  • availability
  • services
  • advertisements
  • data usage policies

6. USER RESPONSIBILITIES & CONDUCT

By enrolling in the Virtual Internship Program, you agree:

  1. You are 18+ or have parental/guardian permission.
  2. You will review and understand Program pricing before purchase.
  3. You will not share your login credentials or access content with others.
  4. You will not attempt to download, copy, resell, or distribute videos or Program content.
  5. You will not upload or submit:
    • offensive
    • abusive
    • hateful
    • pornographic
    • racist
    • misleading
    • defamatory
    • harmful content
  6. You will not engage in system abuse, hacking attempts, or any unauthorized access.
  7. You will not request or share personal information with trainers, mentors, staff, or other users.

Non-compliance may result in immediate account suspension.

7. PROGRAM COMPLETION & CERTIFICATION

Certificates are issued only upon:

  • completing all mandatory modules
  • submitting projects or tasks
  • achieving minimum evaluation criteria
  • following deadlines where applicable

iamneo reserves the right to deny certification if the user:

  • fails to complete required tasks
  • violates academic integrity (copying, plagiarism, code theft, automation misuse)

Certificates are digital and non-transferable.

8. PRICING POLICY

All Program prices are subject to change without notice due to:

  • content updates
  • market changes
  • partner changes
  • technical errors

The price paid at the time of purchase remains valid for that Program’s duration.

9. PAYMENTS & PAYMENT GATEWAY

All online payments are securely processed through the ICICI Bank Payment Gateway or other authorized providers.
iamneo does not store credit/debit card details.

In case of payment failure, please directly contact your bank or payment provider.

10. REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

Refunds are permitted only under the following conditions:

  1. Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase.
  2. Products purchased under discounts of 50% or more are not eligible for refunds.
  3. Products purchased during promotional or festive sales (Diwali, Pongal, New Year, Christmas, etc.) are non-refundable.
  4. Virtual Internship Programs, Crash Courses, Mock Test Series, and Short-Duration Packs are non-refundable.
  5. If partially dissatisfied with a specific module, partial refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
  6. 40% cancellation charges may apply where eligible.
  7. Certificates will not be issued for users requesting refunds.
  8. Refund decisions by iamneo are final and binding.

11. TERMINATION OF ACCOUNT

iamneo reserves the right to terminate or restrict access if:

  • the user violates these Terms
  • fraudulent activity is suspected
  • the user engages in misuse of the program or content
  • the user attempts unauthorized sharing or downloading

Upon termination:

  • all access to Program content stops immediately
  • iamneo is not obligated to retain user data

12. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

Users must not:

  • use the platform for unlawful purposes
  • attempt to reverse engineer or hack the Website
  • inject malicious code, viruses, or scripts
  • share copyrighted material
  • impersonate iamneo staff or mislead other users
  • use the Program for commercial training or resale

Violations may result in legal action.

13. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

All content including:

  • videos
  • learning materials
  • projects
  • assessment tools
  • code templates
  • documentation
  • graphics
  • brand assets

are the exclusive property of iamneo Edutech Private Limited.

Users have a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access Program content only for personal learning.

Any attempt to copy, mirror, publish, distribute, or resell content will be treated as a violation and may invite legal action.

14. JURISDICTION & GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.

15. MISCELLANEOUS

  • These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the user and iamneo.
  • If any clause becomes invalid, the remaining Terms continue to apply.
  • iamneo may update content, modules, or platform features without prior notice.
  • Users must follow all applicable laws while using the platform.
